Varieties of grapes
Grapes in our country have different varieties that differ in terms of some characteristics, such as the color, shape and size of the cubes, the size of the cluster and the amount of grape juice.

Some grape varieties that are planted in Iran are: Chondri, Shahroudi (Red or Winter), Red Ruby, Yoghouti White, Fakhri, Asgari, Mahdi Khani, Reddish Red, Nut, Shani, Dandelion, Raisin or Sultani, Rocheh Red, Roche White, Sangak, Amiri, Lal, Haji Abbasi, Bovine Eye, Kandahari, Evil, Gholami, Bride’s Shirkinkin Bastak, Sahebi, Nabati, Shahani, Yazdani, Maraghei, Khalili, Gohar, Lal Hosseini, Tam Khrusi, Razeghi Shirazi.

 

Grape Yaguti: grape is a premature, reddish, tiny clove and dense clusters, most of which are freshly cooked. Due to early maturity, it is almost the first grape to enter the market.

 

 

 

Grape grains: This type of grape is abundant in Iran and is seen in two white and yellowish and reddish colors. This type is the best of grapes, which is suitable for both fresh and grape juice and raisin.

 

 

 

Grapes Shani or Shahani (Soltani): In most grapevine regions of Iran there are two colors of white and dark red. It is suitable for freshly prepared curry (grainy raisins). The cubes of this type of grape have a thick skin, which is why the grapes can be kept for some time.

 

 

 

Grape Husseini (Rish Baba): This grape juice is meat-rich and has large cabbage. The cabbage of this grape is grainy and its cubes are about 3 centimeters long. This type of grape is called different varieties in different parts of the country. Grape Asgari (Shirazi): Grape Asgari is one of the grape cultivars in Iran, where the Zarghan and Mamasani cities in Zarani Enemy Zone of Fars province have the highest cultivars of this product. Ascari grapes are used for freshly prepared and raisins, contain clove and white, and can not be kept in storage compared to other grape varieties and is faster than other grape varieties.

In terms of traditional medicine, Asgari grapes have a warmer and more natural nature.
